Xenical - Online Consultation.

The cost of Xenical is US$99* for 84 Xenical 120mg capsules.
There will be a US$25.00* charge for this consultation only if the doctor determines that Xenical is appropriate for your condition. If you have had a previous consultation and wish to reorder Xenical there will be no charge for the consultation.
After review of your online consultation by a doctor, Online-Xenical will advise you by e-mail if it is not appropriate to issue you with a prescription for Xenical. If you have been issued with a prescription for Xenical, we will notify you by e-mail when the Xenical has been dispatched. All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. All orders are fully insured. Delivery will take 4 to 10 days. Online-Xenical charges a flat rate of US$15* shipping and handling for all Xenical orders. The medical information you provide will be Encrypted, Secure, Confidential, and subject to all patient/doctor privilege laws.

Waiver
- I hereby state that I am an adult.
- I hereby agree to answer truthfully all of the medical questions on my questionnaire.
- I understand that no doctor, nurse, or administrative personnel can guarantee that Xenical will provide the results I seek.
- I hereby state that I am submitting this questionnaire at my own choice, at my own expense, and my own liability and assume all responsibility for my use of Xenical.
- I hereby release Online-Xenical and all of its employees and contractors including doctors from any and all liability whatsoever associated or connected with my Xenical Consultation and/or my use of Xenical.
- I also fully understand that if I have failed in any way to furnish Online-Xenical with my complete and accurate medical history, or become aware of any changes in the future of which I have not notified Online-Xenical, then I cannot hold Online-Xenical responsible for any adverse effects I may suffer.
- I fully understand that it is my responsibility to have an annual physical examination, including any suggested laboratory tests, to ensure that I have no disease which might make Xenical inappropriate for my condition.
- It is agreed that the laws of New Zealand shall apply in interpreting the terms of this waiver and disclaimer.

This will result in a slight variation in price (within $1) depending on the currency exchange rates at the time your credit card charge is processed.
